Permitted use
Approved active members may download, duplicate, edit, and adapt Template Vault assets for their own internal workflows, business operations, content production, sales processes, and client-service delivery.
License
Template Vault assets are licensed for your own business or client work after membership access is approved and the asset is delivered through the active vault workflow.
Client work
You may use adapted assets while working for clients, including within deliverables or service workflows, as long as you are not reselling the original asset as a standalone template product or giving the client unrestricted redistribution rights to the original pack.
Team sharing
You may share adapted working copies with teammates or contractors who need them for your business or client delivery. You may not share the original vault files broadly, publish them in shared template libraries, or transfer membership access to another organization.
Restricted use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or offer Template Vault assets as standalone products, free downloads, membership content, template libraries, training bonuses, or lead magnets without explicit written permission.
Exceptions and updates
If a specific asset has different usage terms, that exception is stated on the asset page or in the included documentation. License terms can be updated for future use as the product evolves, but existing customer usage rights are not reduced retroactively without notice.
