FAQ
Common questions about request-only access, files, usage rights, billing, and support.
Current access note
Template Vault is currently request-only. Answers below describe the intended membership model while keeping checkout and support wording honest until the final payment links and public support inbox are connected.
Membership
What do I get with membership?
Membership gives you access to the Template Vault library: templates, systems, prompts, spreadsheet tools, scripts, content packs, and quick-start guidance for using them in real work.
Do new templates get added?
Yes. The library is designed to grow with new templates and improvements. Active members get access to new drops released during their membership period.
Access
Is Template Vault checkout live right now?
No. Template Vault is currently request-only. Pricing, join, contact, and thank-you pages help route an access request, but they do not create a live payment receipt or active subscription until final checkout and delivery details are confirmed.
What should I include in an access request?
Include the plan name, the first workflow you want to improve, the templates or categories you care about, and any questions about billing, files, team use, licensing, or delivery. This helps approval and vault instructions move faster.
Should I request monthly or annual access?
Request monthly access if you want to test the library during a focused implementation sprint. Request annual access if you expect to reuse the vault across ongoing client, content, operations, or internal workflows and want the cleaner long-term access path.
How do I access files after joining?
Template Vault is currently request-only. After an access request is approved and the live payment or delivery path is confirmed, members receive access instructions and direct links for the vault. Each template listing explains what is included and how to start using it.
Files
What kinds of files are included?
Depending on the template, you may receive Notion links, docs, spreadsheets, prompt files, editable text assets, checklists, swipe files, and quick-start instructions.
Are these Notion-only?
No. The vault includes Notion systems, docs, prompts, spreadsheet tools, scripts, content packs, and operating assets. File types vary by template.
Usage
Can I use these templates for client work?
Yes. You can use Template Vault assets to support your own business and client work. You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, or package the templates as your own standalone products.
Can I share templates with my team?
You can use templates internally with your own team for active work. Public sharing, resale, redistribution, or uploading the vault to a shared marketplace is not allowed.
Billing
What happens if I cancel?
Once live checkout is connected, cancellation stops future billing at the end of the active billing period. Access continues until the end of that period.
Do I keep downloaded files after cancelling?
You may keep using files you already downloaded for your own business or client work, subject to the license. After a membership access period ends, you lose member access to future updates, new drops, and vault-only links.
Do you offer refunds?
Because templates are digital products, refunds are handled case by case for duplicate purchases, access problems, or clear technical issues once paid checkout is live. If something does not work, contact support with the plan, template, and issue details.
Support
What if a link or file does not work?
Send the template name, the broken link or file, and a short description of the issue. Access and file problems should be prioritized because they block members from using what they bought.
